SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders will ship between 3-5 business days from time of order. All orders will be shipped with insurance and with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number in an email.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All purchases are subject to exchange only or store credit on other merchandise within 15 days of purchase and with approval. Please contact us at email@example.com to start the return process. We do not refund shipping charges or pay for return shipping unless the item is damaged during shipping.
We are happy to send additional photographs so you may examine your choices before purchasing. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
We do offer refunds based upon the original payment method if your item is damaged during shipping. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know about the damage within 24 hours of receiving it. If it is a replaceable item, then we will happily replace it or send for repair.
Items sold at discounted prices, or on sale, are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit & are “final sales”.
